What is SharksSuites.com?

SharksSuites.com is the official suiteholder website of the San Jose Sharks and SAP Center. SharksSuites.com is tailored for Premium Hospitality areas at SAP Center (Premium Suites, Premium Suite tickets, etc.) for Sharks games. This website is operated by the San Jose Sharks and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. All postings and sales on this website are managed by the San Jose Sharks.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures and is collected, stored and used in accordance with applicable laws. If you provide payment information via this website to license a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a suite for a San Jose Sharks game?

You can pay the license fee for your Zoom suite directly from the website by entering your credit card information or by contacting the San Jose Sharks Suite Hospitality Team at [email protected] or by calling us at 408-999-5757.

How and when will I receive my tickets after renting a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative of the Suite Hospitality Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your Zoom Suite. All tickets and parking passes will be issued digitally and can be managed right from your mobile device.

How are my tickets delivered?

All tickets and parking passes will be issued digitally.

Shortly after your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and receive instructions on how to manage your digital tickets.

Please note, tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile device. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests in advance of the game to ensure proper access into SAP Center at San Jose.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on SharksSuites.com are fully private with the exception of suite attendants who may enter your suite to provide food and beverage and other needs on game day.

Are suites ADA accessible?

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on SharksSuites.com include:

Is payment required in full?

Yes. Full payment is required upon booking your Zoom Suite at SAP Center.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay for a suite. Please keep in mind that add-ons such as additional parking passes, additional standing room only tickets, food & beverage options, etc., are not included in the suite license price.

Refund Policy

Are all suite license purchase final?

Yes. No refunds will be provided unless your event is cancelled and not rescheduled. For full suite license terms and conditions please click here.

What happens if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event date.

What happens if my event is cancelled?

If you purchased a suite for a single game or event and that event is cancelled and not rescheduled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser’s original form of payment. Alternatively, you may request that the Sharks hold the purchase amount as a credit to be used toward the purchase of a suite for a future game or event.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available for purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your Zoom Suite purchase, a Sharks representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forgo a catering pre-order in lieu of event day (in-suite) ordering. Please note that the event day catering menu is limited, and we strongly encourage all guests to order in advance. All advance orders must be submitted one (1) week out from your event date.

Am I required to purchase catering?

While catering is sure to enhance your experience, it is certainly not a requirement. If you choose to forgo a catering purchase, you and your guests may purchase food and beverage from general concession areas located throughout SAP Center and bring those items back to the suite. Please note that outside food and beverage is not permitted inside SAP Center.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will vary based on the number of guests in the suite and the type of food selected, e.g., snacks vs. full meals. All catering orders placed require a minimum order quantity of six (6) guests and a 19% administrative charge will be added to all catering bills.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

Yes! Select Zoom Suites offer the option for additional Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets which can be purchased directly through the Suite Hospitality Team.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

While we do not offer guest passes for Zoom Suites, you are welcome to purchase additional Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets. The quantity of SRO tickets available for purchase will be based upon the maximum capacity of your suite.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children age 2 and under do not require a ticket for admission into SAP Center. Additionally, you can rest assured that Zoom Suites offer a welcoming, private, and secure space for anyone attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into SAP Center and into my suite?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas of the stadium?

Zoom Suite tickets offer exclusive access to the North and South Club within SAP Center.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your Zoom Suite includes a designated number of parking passes to SAP Center’s ABC Lot, which has two entrances: one off of West Santa Clara Street and the other at the intersection of Autumn and St. John Streets. Access to the ABC Lot is typically available 2 1/2 hours prior to the start of most events. For a parking map, click here.

When does my suite open?

You will have access to SAP Center and your Zoom Suite beginning 90 minutes prior to the start of the game, which is 15 minutes earlier than the general public.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite on game day?

Yes. If you opt not to place a catering order in advance of your event, you may place an order in-suite. Please note that the event-day menu is more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, many of your favorite options will still be available (food, water, beer, wine, liquor).

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes. Gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who can I contact?
